B&T Corretora's Young Apprentice program aims to prepare young people for social inclusion through professional qualification.
In order to develop these talents and understand how we work, we created the B&T Corretora Internship Program, which trains young college students from challenging projects, development actions and learning from our leaders.
Coaching for Leaders and Executive
We develop the leader through leadership coaching, enabling him to understand the environment that is inserted and through his own talents develop to develop his team.

We believe in and support the program to tailor the work environment to people with disabilities.
